your WIN program overview
Fertility Benefit: ZOLL employees and their spouse are provided a fertility benefit toward certain costs related to fertility treatments and related medications, and fertility preservation.
To access the fertility benefit, the ZOLL employee must be enrolled in the UHC or Aetna plan and must meet the definition of infertility.
Adoption & Surrogacy: ZOLL provides a lifetime maximum reimbursement of up to $15,000 per member for costs associated with adoption OR surrogacy agreements that are legally finalized on or after 01/01/2022.
To access the adoption and surrogacy benefit, the member must actively work at ZOLL in the U.S. for a minimum of 30 hours per week, intend to become the legal parent of the child adopted or born through surrogacy, and must have completed 1 year of service with the company’s U.S. payroll from the most recent hire date.

- Nurse consultations available to expecting parents and those wanting to understand a surrogate’s journey
- For members who have exhausted their benefit, the WIN Consumer Program offers medical treatment and pharmacy savings of 10-40% off retail prices and financing options to make paying for treatment even more manageable
