PwC IT Services partners and staff are provided the following benefits:
Fertility Benefit: Members enrolled in the UHC medical plan receive a $50,000 lifetime maximum benefit toward fertility treatment.
Fertility Preservation Benefit (Egg/Sperm Freezing): A level of reimbursement for one cycle of elective egg or sperm freezing, including one year of storage.
Donor Reimbursement: A $25,000 lifetime maximum benefit for costs associated with fresh or frozen donor eggs and a $10,000 lifetime maximum benefit for the purchase of fresh/frozen donor sperm.

Adoption & Surrogacy Benefit: Reimbursement of up to $25,000 per child, with a lifetime maximum of $75,000, toward eligible expenses associated with adoption and surrogacy agreements.

- Nurse consultations available to expecting parents and those wanting to understand a surrogate’s journey
- Member savings, through the WIN Consumer Program, of 10-40% off medical treatment and pharmacy retail prices for those who have exhausted their benefit, with financing options to make paying for treatment even more manageable
