Fertility Benefit: Bath & Body Works families enrolled in the Anthem medical plan are provided a $20,000 lifetime maximum benefit toward eligible expenses related to fertility treatment and a $10,000 lifetime maximum benefit toward related fertility medications.
Adoption & Surrogacy Benefit: Eligible Bath & Body Works families are provided a $20,000 reimbursement per occurrence toward eligible expenses associated with adoption and surrogacy agreements.
