Effective January 1, 2026, Assurant members enrolled in the Anthem medical plan are provided the following benefits:
WINFertility: A $30,000 lifetime maximum benefit toward certain costs related to fertility treatment, fertility medications, and elective egg freezing including 1 year of storage.
PowerPause: Access to a comprehensive program offering end-to-end perimenopause, menopause, and andropause (low-testosterone) support and care coordination to help you treat and manage hormonal symptoms such as weight fluctuations, insomnia, brain fog, fatigue, hot flashes, and joint pain.
Adoption, Surrogacy, and Donor: A $20,000 lifetime maximum reimbursement toward eligible expenses related to adoption, surrogacy, and the purchase of donor eggs and sperm. Members also have access to expert guidance for the adoption, surrogacy, or donor process through Vesta. The program includes access to an online video library, resources and templates as well as expert coaches that assist employees through their journey. WINDoula: A $2,000 per pregnancy maximum benefit toward eligible doula services through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
WINkid: Up to 3 coaching sessions per family per year for parents to receive personalized guidance on child development and parenting. Plus, a diverse range of activities, self-help articles, and assessments through the WINFamily App.
WINCares: Access to a comprehensive program offering guidance and care coordination through Family First to support you and your loved ones in navigating caregiving challenges.
