Fertility Benefit

A lifetime maximum benefit of $30,000 toward eligible expenses related to fertility treatment and fertility medications.

Elective Egg Freezing Benefit

Coverage for elective egg freezing, including 1 year of storage.

Adoption, Surrogacy, and Donor Benefit

A $20,000 lifetime maximum reimbursement toward eligible expenses related to adoption, surrogacy, and the purchase of donor eggs and sperm.

Adoption and Surrogacy Coaching

Access to expert guidance for the adoption, surrogacy, or donor process through Vesta. The program includes access to an online video library, resources and templates as well as expert coaches that assist employees through their journey. Click here to get started.

WINDoula

$2,000 per pregnancy maximum toward eligible doula services through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

WINkid (Coaching)

Up to 3 coaching sessions coaching sessions per family per year for parents to receive personalized guidance on child development and parenting. Plus, a diverse range of activities, self-help articles, and assessments through the WINFamily App.

PowerPause

Access to end-to-end perimenopause, menopause, and andropause (low-testosterone) support and care coordination to help you treat and manage hormonal symptoms such as weight fluctuations, insomnia, brain fog, fatigue, hot flashes, and joint pain.

WINCares

Access to a comprehensive program offering guidance and care coordination through Family First to support you and your loved ones in navigating caregiving challenges.

How do I get started with WIN?
Simply fill out the form on this page to connect with a WIN Nurse Care Advocate, who will learn about your needs and goals, enroll you in the program, and help you get the most out of your WIN benefits.
Is there a cost to enroll with WIN?
No. Enrollment with WIN and access to the WINFamily App are fully covered by your employer-provided WIN benefit.
What is a Nurse Care Advocate?
WIN’s Nurse Care Advocates are experienced, licensed nurses with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant clinical setting such as fertility, menopause, andropause, or maternity.
What kind of support can I get from my Nurse Care Advocate?
You’ll be paired with a Nurse Care Advocate who will be your primary support person and point of contact throughout your journey. Your Nurse Care Advocate can help you navigate your benefits, find an in-network provider, coordinate care throughout your family-building and well-being journey, and answer any questions you might have.
How do I find in-network providers?
Use the “Find Care” feature in the app or portal to search for in-network providers based on location, specialty, and services. If you need further assistance, your Nurse Care Advocate can help match you with a provider best suited to help you achieve your goals.
