BCBSRI members are provided the following benefits:
Fertility Benefit: An annual maximum of 3 embryo transfer cycles (fresh or frozen) within a 12 month calendar year, up to a lifetime maximum of 8 embryo transfer cycles (fresh or frozen).
Fertility Preservation Benefit: Certain coverage for eligible expenses related to medically-necessary egg or sperm freezing, including 1 year of storage.

- Member savings, through the WIN Consumer Program, of 10-40% off medical treatment and pharmacy retail prices (compared to national average) for those who have exhausted their benefit, with financing options to make paying for treatment even more manageable
