Chevron families enrolled in the Anthem Blue Cross medical plan are provided a combined $60,000 lifetime maximum toward the following benefits:
Fertility Benefit: Coverage for eligible expenses related to fertility treatment and related fertility medications.
Elective Fertility Preservation Benefit: Coverage for elective egg and sperm freezing cycles, including 1 year of storage.
Members are highly encouraged to contact WIN and speak with a WIN Nurse Care Manager prior to beginning their fertility journey for support and guidance.
All eligible Chevron employees are provided benefits for Adoption and Surrogacy:
Adoption Benefit:Â A $20,000 reimbursement toward eligible expenses associated with adoption agreements, per event with an unlimited number of events.
Surrogacy Benefit: A $20,000 reimbursement toward eligible expenses associated with surrogacy agreements, per event up to a $60,000 lifetime maximum.
