Your WIN Program Overview

Family-Building Benefit

Disney will provide a $75,000 lifetime maximum benefit that can be used toward certain costs related to fertility treatments, fertility preservation, adoption and surrogacy services.

You must be enrolled in a Disney medical option to be eligible for fertility services.

The family-building benefit will provide coverage for eligible expenses up to the lifetime maximum. You may be required to pay for the initial cost of certain services and submit a claim for reimbursement to Disney. In addition, a surrogacy or adoption claim reimbursement, and certain elective fertility benefits, may be considered taxable by the IRS. Disney will withhold and report all applicable taxes. Please consult with your tax advisor.

Disney also offers free and unlimited access to Inflection for all employees and cast members. How do I get started with WIN?
Simply fill out the form on this page to connect with a WIN Nurse Care Advocate, who will learn about your needs and goals, enroll you in the program, and help you get the most out of your WIN benefits.
Is there a cost to enroll with WIN?
No. Enrollment with WIN and access to the WINFamily App are fully covered by your employer-provided WIN benefit.
What is a Nurse Care Advocate?
WIN’s Nurse Care Advocates are experienced, licensed nurses with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant clinical setting such as fertility, menopause, andropause, or maternity.
What kind of support can I get from my Nurse Care Advocate?
You’ll be paired with a Nurse Care Advocate who will be your primary support person and point of contact throughout your journey. Your Nurse Care Advocate can help you navigate your benefits, find an in-network provider, coordinate care throughout your family-building and well-being journey, and answer any questions you might have.
How do I find in-network providers?
Use the “Find Care” feature in the app or portal to search for in-network providers based on location, specialty, and services. If you need further assistance, your Nurse Care Advocate can help match you with a provider best suited to help you achieve your goals.
