WIN partners with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield to support you on your path to parenthood with comprehensive and inclusive family-building benefits
your WIN program overview
Starting January 1, 2026, Fairfax County Public Schools’ members enrolled in a FCPS sponsored health plan under CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield will be provided the following benefits:
Fertility Benefit: A $50,000 lifetime maximum benefit toward eligible expenses related to fertility treatment and a separate $50,000 lifetime maximum benefit toward related fertility medications.
Compassionate Guidance: WIN’s Nurse Care Advocates and Behavioral Health Care Advocates provide concierge clinical guidance and emotional support to help you each step of the way throughout your journey.
A diagnosis of infertility is waived for members without an opposite sex partner to ensure equitable and inclusive access to these benefits. Please note that your provider is required to send a Treatment Plan to WIN for review and approval.
