WINFertility: A 3-cycle lifetime maximum benefit per family toward eligible expenses related to fertility treatment, fertility medications, and elective egg and sperm freezing with 1 year of storage.
WINMaternity: Access to care coordination and clinical guidance to support healthy pregnancies for all pregnant people. Plus, through the WINFamily App get access to discounts on Leave and Return-to-Work Coaching, breast milk shipping, and the Mirvie Encompassâ„¢ at-home preeclampsia risk test kit (claim your Mirvie discount here).
WINDoula: A $2,000 per pregnancy maximum benefit toward eligible doula services through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
WINkid: Access to 24/7 virtual visits with board-certified pediatricians through Blueberry Pediatrics, including a home diagnostic kit containing an otoscope, pulse oximeter and thermometer. Plus, access to pediatric behavioral health care, holistic child development support, and guidance and coaching for parents to help navigate parenting challenges and reduce stress.
PowerPause: Access to a comprehensive program offering end-to-end perimenopause, menopause, and andropause (low-testosterone) support and care coordination to help you treat and manage hormonal symptoms such as weight fluctuations, insomnia, brain fog, fatigue, hot flashes, and joint pain. Plus, through the WINFamily App receive a free Mira hormone monitor that accurately maps your full hormone cycle to help you track your transition into perimenopause and menopause.
