How do I get started with WIN?
Simply fill out the form on this page to connect with a WIN Nurse Care Advocate, who will learn about your needs and goals, enroll you in the program, and help you get the most out of your WIN benefits.
Is there a cost to enroll with WIN?
No. Enrollment with WIN and access to the WINFamily App are fully covered by your employer-provided WIN benefit.
What is a Nurse Care Advocate?
WIN’s Nurse Care Advocates are experienced, licensed nurses with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant clinical setting such as fertility, menopause, andropause, or maternity.
What kind of support can I get from my Nurse Care Advocate?
You’ll be paired with a Nurse Care Advocate who will be your primary support person and point of contact throughout your journey. Your Nurse Care Advocate can help you navigate your benefits, find an in-network provider, coordinate care throughout your family-building and well-being journey, and answer any questions you might have.
How do I find in-network providers?
Use the “Find Care” feature in the app or portal to search for in-network providers based on location, specialty, and services. If you need further assistance, your Nurse Care Advocate can help match you with a provider best suited to help you achieve your goals.
