Fertility Treatment: NVIDIA families are provided an unlimited benefit toward certain costs related to fertility treatment and related fertility medication when utilizing in-network services, subject to medical policy. For employees utilizing out-of-network services, there is a $50,000 lifetime maximum benefit, subject to medical policy.
Adoption & Surrogacy: NVIDIA families are provided an unlimited benefit for reimbursement of related expenses which are eligible under the NVIDIA policy, for adoption and/or surrogacy agreements that are legally finalized on or after 01/01/21. To be eligible for this benefit, the NVIDIA member must work for NVIDIA as a U.S. employee scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. The NVIDIA member must also intend to become the legal parent of the child adopted or of the child born through the surrogacy process (“Intended Parent”).
