Your WIN Program Overview

Eligible NVIDIA members are provided the following benefits:

Fertility Benefit

For NVIDIA members enrolled in the Cigna medical plan

NVIDIA members are provided an unlimited benefit toward certain costs related to fertility treatment and related fertility medication when utilizing in-network services, subject to medical policy.

For employees within the United States utilizing out-of-network services, there is a $50,000 lifetime maximum benefit, subject to medical policy.

Donor Benefit

For all eligible NVIDIA employees

NVIDIA employees are provided an unlimited reimbursement benefit for eligible expenses related to the procurement of donor eggs and sperm. To be considered an eligible employee, you must be an active NVIDIA employee within the United States scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Adoption and Surrogacy Benefit

For all eligible NVIDIA employees

NVIDIA employees are provided an unlimited reimbursement benefit for eligible expenses related to adoption and surrogacy agreements.

To be considered an eligible employee, you must be an active NVIDIA employee within the United States scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. The NVIDIA employee must also intend to become the legal parent of the child adopted or of the child born through the surrogacy process (“Intended Parent”).

The program includes an online video library, resources and templates as well as expert coaches to guide employees through each step of the way. If you are an employee living and working in the United States, WIN’s assisted reproductive services, including fertility preservation, are available only to those who are enrolled in an eligible Cigna health plan.

How do I get started with WIN?
Simply fill out the form on this page to connect with a WIN Nurse Care Advocate, who will learn about your needs and goals, enroll you in the program, and help you get the most out of your WIN benefits.
Is there a cost to enroll with WIN?
No. Enrollment with WIN and access to the WINFamily App are fully covered by your employer-provided WIN benefit.
What is a Nurse Care Advocate?
WIN’s Nurse Care Advocates are experienced, licensed nurses with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant clinical setting such as fertility, menopause, andropause, or maternity.
What kind of support can I get from my Nurse Care Advocate?
You’ll be paired with a Nurse Care Advocate who will be your primary support person and point of contact throughout your journey. Your Nurse Care Advocate can help you navigate your benefits, find an in-network provider, coordinate care throughout your family-building and well-being journey, and answer any questions you might have.
How do I find in-network providers?
Use the “Find Care” feature in the app or portal to search for in-network providers based on location, specialty, and services. If you need further assistance, your Nurse Care Advocate can help match you with a provider best suited to help you achieve your goals.
