All eligible part-time and full-time NVIDIA employees outside the U.S. are provided the following benefits:

Fertility Treatment: NVIDIA employees are provided an unlimited benefit toward eligible expenses related to fertility treatment and fertility medications. To be considered an eligible employee, you must be an active NVIDIA employee outside the U.S. scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Adoption and Surrogacy Benefit: NVIDIA employees are provided an unlimited reimbursement benefit for eligible expenses related to adoption and surrogacy agreements. To be considered an eligible employee, you must be an active NVIDIA employee outside the U.S. scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. The NVIDIA employee must also intend to become the legal parent of the child adopted or of the child born through the surrogacy process (“Intended Parent”).

Donor Benefit: NVIDIA employees are provided an unlimited reimbursement benefit for eligible expenses related to the procurement of donor eggs and sperm. To be considered an eligible employee, you must be an active NVIDIA employee outside the U.S. scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
